I bring over two decades of versatile experience across education, healthcare, and administrative support, with a strong emphasis on data entry, editing, documentation, research, training, and customer service. My roles have included Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, Substitute Teacher, Quality Control Specialist, and Data Technician—each requiring precision, organization, and clear communication. I’ve audited complex systems, created and maintained databases, written and revised technical manuals, and supported both clinical and academic teams with accurate, well-structured information. Alongside these skills, I’ve provided empathetic customer support in retail and call center settings, and facilitated peer training and onboarding across multiple roles. Whether mentoring learners, guiding clients, or streamlining workflows, I thrive in roles that demand analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail.

I hold dual Master of Arts degrees in English and Philosophy from Purdue University, where I developed advanced skills in critical thinking, communication, and analysis. My undergraduate studies at Minnesota State University–Moorhead combined English and Philosophy, laying a strong interdisciplinary foundation. I also earned a certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant from Chemeketa Community College, adding specialized training in therapeutic support and educational practice.
