I owned end-to-end, multi-channel programs spanning paid search, email, social, content, and events, driving 10% YoY growth in website users. I also led go-to-market strategy for new offerings, aligning messaging, campaigns, and events to support business development and client retention, and oversaw thought leadership promotion that increased engagement by 28%.
Enterprise Technology
In enterprise software, I led product and solution messaging for a mainframe portfolio, translating highly technical topics into clear customer value.
