Mary Hill

With over a decade of dedicated experience as a Program Director of Permanent Supportive Housing, I have honed my skills in program management, team leadership, and crisis intervention, which I am eager to bring to your esteemed organization.

My key strengths include supervision, relationship building, and client engagement. I am adept at communication, conflict resolution, adaptability, problem-solving, and risk management, which have enabled me to effectively handle the complexities associated with directing large-scale programs. My ability to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment has consistently resulted in high levels of employee engagement and performance.

lastly, I enjoy shopping, interior decorating and eating out. I am a Mother of two handsome young men, and a very proud football mom. 

I have successfully led diverse teams, developed strategic treatment plans, and built strong client relationships to foster engagement and support. In my most recent role a Permanent Supportive Housing Director, it required meticulous oversight of financial planning, staff development, and program evaluation, all of which were instrumental in driving the success of the programs under my management.
