My years of esthetics had prepared my success as a Patient Coordinator with a passion for helping each patient have a smooth, supportive experience. I'm exploring new opportunities due to organizational changes and seeking a role that aligns with my experience,  values,and long-term career goals.

I work in a fast-paced Fertility Clinic. Manage front desk operations,  patient scheduling and supporting providers, call center, and internal teams. I serve as a key point of contact for patients, ensuring appointments, orders and encounters, insurance details, and payments for treatment/outstanding balances. In addition to patient facing, I assist with internal logistics, operational improvements, and office coordination to keep daily Clinic operations running smoothly.
