Supportive Coaching takes learning , the needs of those you work with and those of whom the coachee works with .Development through doing using the elbow model allows me as a coach to practice , offers students, coaches and teacher the opportunity to build up the capacity to do.

8-10 yrs studying the ways children interact with each and the community.As T.A and tutor this have me a opportunity to gather information that will support me to provide instructive support that focuses on strengthening skill Or developing gradually the  process and intake of information . One major issue Ive learned working with children in grades TK- 5th each student has their starting point other’s through observational interactions I learn what is needed , and how to teach a child/ren individual focus or whole group.

I have attended Merritt Community College  of Oakland CA 18 months 12 ECE units of at 24 requirement for my AS in Early Childhood Education  certification program until I went out on Medical Leave , later , 5 yrs  hands on working closely with Master Teacher in TK classroom where it was that I learned to build lesson plans Lead individual and whole class and small group instruction. Observe track trace collected data communicate findings and construct plans that supported children TK-5 and as recent provided  Coaching Support to TSA direct and in-direct on the impact of Teachers and support staff to implement a maintain a consistent plan for Early learning using programs  that were fact based and maintain the quality work; making it evident to all if we look over many the developments taking place within my last school district the effectiveness that TLC has on the development of skills bringing change to student behaviors ,self awareness ,socio- emotional changes and progressive learning curve
