The majority of my professional career has focused on telecommunications system engineering and project management. I have provided revenue-based and operational support for a growing, carrier-class IP infrastructure deployed throughout a multi-state network. I have had responsibility for deployment of network equipment, troubleshooting and resolving problems, and for maintaining all network documentation. The scope of these responsibilities encompassed three levels of telecom hardware, software and configuration deployment: customer equipment, network-based edge aggregation devices, and the core IP infrastructure.
 

I am a service minded, experienced leader, detail oriented and collaborative, with strengths in efficiency and process improvement. I am an effective communicator and enjoy working in a customer focused environment. I have extensive technical writing experience, including Method of Procedure documents, generalized installation documentation, project plans, and status reports, ensuring all documentation remains current. As a project manager, I effectively and proactively communicate project status to engineering support staff, project management, and customers and other outside teams.
