Extensive experience across Windows OS platforms from NT through Windows 11 and Server 2022. Long-standing SQL Server support from version 6.5 through 2022. Led two Office 365 migrations including from the early BPOS suite. Maintaining deep familiarity with Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange Online.

• Networking & Security
Primary administrator for Windows domains, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and VPN services. Over 12 years managing Extreme Networks infrastructure and Cisco ASA VPNs. Currently supporting Fortinet firewalls and responsible for enterprise switch and firewall configurations. Led implementation of CrowdStrike endpoint protection and its expanded modules including Identity Protection, Exposure Management, and Next-Gen SIEM.

• Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity
Managed enterprise backup solutions including Cohesity BaaS and previously Veeam. Orchestrated major recovery following the July 2024 CrowdStrike outage, recovering over 170 servers in under 12 hours and all end-user systems within 48 hours.

• Data Center & Office Relocation
Successfully led multiple data center buildouts and office relocations, overseeing end-to-end infrastructure design including power, cooling, emergency systems, and fire suppression.

• Vendor Management & Strategic Sourcing
Managed a wide array of third-party vendors, including MSPs, ISPs, hardware/software partners, and print services. Negotiated favorable service contracts and maintained productive relationships with strategic partners.

• GxP Compliance & Pharmaceutical IT
