I am a nurse practitioner graduated from south university since 2019 who is looking for a respectable company to offer my best service  in the attention of adult and geriatric patients at home . My primary goal is provide comprehensive health assessment, differential diagnosis  and prescribe treatments under the protocol in the direct management  of acute and chronic illumes and disease.

I have experience in adults and geriatric patient with acute and chronic disease, in general and hospice setting . 

I graduate from phoenix university in 2013 with my bachelor degree in science and then graduate from south university in 2019 . I am a general doctor graduate in 1989 from Cuban with a long experience in primary care .
