As a Senior Manager of Merchandise & Planning, I oversee development and execution of omni-channel merchandising and planning strategies for Home-Accessories, across all channels. I have over seven years of experience in the field, with a proven track record of improving sales and delivering tangible results through strategic demand-planning, sales analysis reporting, inventory management, digital marketing, budgeting and pricing strategy.

I am passionate about creating and developing effective assortments that meet customer demand, evolving market trends, and business objectives. I am skilled in using various technical softwares, tools, and digital platforms to produce in-depth reports, which identify opportunities and risks, while informing on insights and recommendations to drive sales.

I am a seasoned luxury professional, who comes from the world of home interiors, furniture, and home decor. I specialize in curating and developing profitable assortments, monitoring and driving sales performance, optimizing inventory, and implementing effective buying and merchandising strategies.  My specialties include forecasting/demand-planning, product management, reporting, omni-channel merchandising, digital marketing, and much more. 

Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated an ability to align product direction with financial goals, ensuring profitability and performance accountability. I bring with me a proven track record of leading teams to meet and exceed performance goals, while driving day-to-day business needs.

Most recently, I held the title of Senior Manager of Merchandise & Planning at Roman + William Guild, in which I directed and executed high-level merchandising strategies, including assortment planning, forecasting, and category expansion, while also providing direct feedback to executive leadership. My responsibilities included designing data-driven merchandise strategies, assessing year-over-year sales metrics, and identifying growth opportunities through trend analysis.
