It includes tasks such as maintaining staff schedules, hiring and supervising employees, organizing professional development activities, conducting trainings and performance reviews, managing attendance records, addressing customer concerns, ensuring compliance with regulations, improving center efficiency, overseeing daily operations and budgeting, and collaborating with families. Additionally, it involves handling payroll and tuition adjustments.

I am currently attending Western Illinois University- Bachelor of Business- Human Resources Management
