There is nothing more satisfying than a successful redesign that has eliminated bottlenecks, over-processing, or boring tasks and equated to significant improvements for the customer and company. My strength is bringing out the best in people to rise to a new occasion, teaching them insights to their abilities and transferring measured improvements overall to culture and company goals. 

I am driven. I believe if I set my mind to something-it will be done! (Maybe not always pretty or painless, like any photo of me at a finish line), but achieved! I also have a great deal of empathy and compassion. After having grown up with very little, I work hard to recall where I came from and be mindful of what others may be enduring. I am creative and curious by enjoying arts, nature and always learning something new. I am also proud. Proud of what I have been able to accomplish, my heritage and the greatest shining legacy known ,as my son.
