I’ve been working for Los Angeles County Department of public social services as a social worker-title eligibility worker II 

In which I determine the eligibility of the participants applying for aid and I calculate the household income for each individual family, determining their entitled eligible benefits. also guiding each needy family to become financial independent, referring them to different helping services that we offer and different programs so they can get off the welfare system. I also speak Spanish therefore I am a bilingual Spanish speaking, Social Worker, been working for Los Angeles county since 1984 is been 41 years of serviceI I started when I was 23 years old. 

I love working with the public and I’ve been told a lot by my staff and by my participants that they love my drive, energy and motivation are contagious

Straight from high school 22 years old after my second child went to work for Los Angeles County that’s why it’s been 41 years of service and I feel I have a lot of energy and I like to dress up professional with my suits as a social worker and I like Newport Beach area or Laguna or Malibu by the ocean. I love it and that’s why I’m looking for a job on that direction after my retirement from Los Angeles County 41 years enough service now my second win will expand and evolve for much productive and better horizons that can be fun at the same time.
