Answer and transfer incoming calls and packages. Taking messages. Inspect every package received to ensure accuracy of items ordered, to then proceed to add them to inventory. Track Packages mailed to ensure proper delivery as well as handling problems with the delivery of the package. make payments to vendors as well as posting payments. Ensure reception area is clean and welcoming.
