I’m a hardworking and motivated IT Support Specialist with over 4 years of hands-on experience in technical support and operations. I’ve worked primarily in hospital and higher education environments, where I’ve gained strong skills in troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, and Linux systems. I’m confident using tools like ServiceNow, Lansweeper, Active Directory, Cisco VPN, GoToAssist, and more to resolve a wide range of technical issues and support end-users effectively.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a concentration in Cybersecurity from Augusta University, where I also made the Dean’s List several times and was recognized for resolving the most support tickets. I’ve been part of major projects including large-scale PC refreshes, software rollouts, and department tech transitions.
