I am a dedicated healthcare professional and my genuine passion for making a difference in people's lives drives me to deliver exceptional care. I have over 15 years of work experience in the medical field in various positions which has allowed me to better my patient care skills and learn so much over the years. I am a hardworking, detail-oriented, collaborating, and fast learning team-player. I am looking forward to transitioning back into phlebotomy, as I have 5 years experience in phlebotomy. I am a high achiever, in my past jobs I have been praised for my strong work ethics, for how I’ve helped train new team members, and for being an excellent team-player.

I have over 15 years of work experience in the medical field in various positions such as medical assistant, massage therapist, medical biller/coder, and phlebotomist. I am a bilingual (English/Spanish), hardworking, detail-oriented, collaborating, adaptable, fast learner use to working in a fast paced work environment. My work experience consist of venipunctures, patient communication, patient confidentiality, patient intake and processing, medical terminology, medical records/EMR, health Insurance (Government/Commercial), claims processing (ICD 10/CPT), front-desk,  and 40 wps per minute.

I recently took a phlebotomy class to refresh my skills in venipuncture and obtain a national certification for phlebotomy tech. I am transitioning back into phlebotomy.
