Marco Huang

I have a strong passion for food services, a field I've been deeply interested in for a long time. My enthusiasm is backed by hands- on experience at various establishments, including Fairfield University's Tully Dining Hall, Dave's Burger's Bistro, and currently with ESS Food Services. These roles have helped me build a solid foundation in the industry and allowed me to explore different aspects of food service and customer interaction. Outside of work, I enjoy relaxing with video games and staying active by playing spots, which helps me maintain a balance between my professional goals and personal interests.
