Manuel Franco

I am an eager college graduate with an Associate’s degree in Computer Science. My work history consists of the food industry. However, I have 8 years' experience in providing great customer service. I am currently at the beginning of my career change. I have always had a passion for working with computers. I am eager to learn, gain knowledge, and deliver great customer service to begin a new career.
 

From 2010to 2020, I have gained experience working with computers from friends, family, and neighbors. Most of the skills I have gained were troubleshooting tasks, computer viruses, malware, spyware, disk defragment, disk cleaning, replacing hardware, and recovering data. Technically, I was technical support for friends, family, and neighbors.
