I've been in care management for almost two years now helping elderly, and disabled patients.
I have over twenty years of customer service experience, and over 12 years in health insurance as a claims representative, and customer service representative.
I volunteer on occasion through different venues. As well as helping volunteer for my daughter's extra curricular activities.
I'm looking to get back into Health Insurance as a claims representative, or customer service representative. It's been known to be my expertise.

Customer service: 12 years working in a call center answering incoming calls, giving benefit information, Advising of claims status, advising of how claims processed, advising of authorization status, and how claim was processed, amongst other duties that may be required.
