I've been in care management for almost two years now helping elderly,  and disabled patients.  

I have over twenty years of customer service experience,  and over 12 years in health insurance as a claims representative,  and customer service representative.  

I volunteer on occasion through different venues. As well as helping volunteer for my daughter's extra curricular activities. 

I'm looking to get back into Health Insurance as a claims representative,  or customer service representative. It's been known to be my expertise. 

I'm thorough,  a hard worker, a great trouble shooter, an accurate multi-tasker, reliable, and strive to exceed expectations.

As well as any other duties as needed.
