Something about me that most people find surprising is that I started my career at Grant Thornton as a receptionist while going to college. I advanced quickly, eventually serving as director leading a global practice. 

My success in each role I’ve had (including an early stint as a crime scene investigator!) has relied on the same skills and strengths:

I'am a seasoned executive with expertise in global strategy, and operational leadership. As Director & Leader at Grant Thornton (US), I managed a multimillion-dollar solution, doubled revenue, and optimized global compliance for CFOs and controllers. Previously, as Global Director of Strategic Tax Programs at Grant Thornton International, you drove strategic growth across 135+ offices, led masterclasses, and implemented global quality standards. Earlier, as Chief of Staff at Grant Thornton LLP, you spearheaded national tax initiatives, expanded offshore services from 200 to 2000 personnel, and directed enterprise-wide change management. My career trajectory—from receptionist to executive—reflects my ability to innovate, lead, and deliver results on a global scale.
