I have over 12 years of experience in Quality Assurance, specializing in AI/LLM testing, automation, performance engineering, and end‑to‑end workflow validation across large‑scale, customer‑facing systems.

Currently, I work as a QAE II at Amazon in Seattle, where I test and validate AI‑driven chat and voice bots used in Digital, Devices, and Subscriptions customer support. My work includes building test strategies for conversational AI, automating complex concession and device‑lifecycle workflows, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product reliability and customer experience.

Before moving to Seattle, I worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Amazon Hyderabad, contributing to manual and automated testing, agile processes, and cross‑functional delivery of high‑quality features.

Earlier in my career, I spent several years at Microsoft as a Performance Tester, working on Azure‑based IoT Connected Car solutions. I analyzed large datasets, evaluated system performance, and used tools like App Insights and Azure OMS to identify bottlenecks and optimize system behavior.

I also have strong experience in QA automation frameworks using Ruby, Selenium, Calabash, WATIR, and REST API testing from my roles at Nisum, Persistent, and Infostretch.
