I, worked almost exclusively within the scope of commissioning, installing, repairing troubleshooting the MAAG suite of products, specifically the proprietary MAAG gear units, drive systems, geared components, transmissions, and clutches for the cement and minerals industries. I, holds expertise in the commissioning of heavy duty MAAG gears, which is critical for the performance of these products at cement and mineral industries

• Inspecting, root cause failure analysis and maintenance of gear boxes, clutches, and lubricating oil supply units, including issuing instruction descriptions and schedules for larger inspection work, revisions, and repair 
• Installing FLSmidth MAAG gear boxes, transmissions, clutches, lubrication oil systems for our customers 
• Provide necessary knowledge, educate and give recommendations to end user on maintenance of FLSmidth MAAG gear boxes, Symetro gear boxes, Atox Gear boxes, lubrication systems.
• Evaluate gear boxes condition by implementing vibration analysis technology and providing report , recommendations to customer.
• Providing technical feedback from filed to design and technical department of FLSmidth MAAG headquarters Winterthur, Switzerland.
• Monitor and improve end user satisfaction.
• Support engineering department for any technical issues.
• Provide necessary support to project management department for any technical and claim discussions.
• Provide consultation to end user what critical parts they should procure and support sales team with any technical solutions .
• Responsibilities in Commissioning of Heavy Duty Gear Boxes 
• Dismantling and re assembling of Whole Gear  Box 
• Over Hauling Heavy Duty Gear Boxes,
• Working with very less allowable tolerance parts.
• Conservation of long term stored Gear Box.
• Planning the total job schedule and helping customer to run his plant as early as possible with his support.

• ISO-18436-2 (Vibration Analysis) category III certified. 
• Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) from JNTU University, Hyderabad, India.
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Government Polytechnic, Nizamabad, India
• SSC from Board of Secondary Education.
