Hello! My name is Madeline Turbyville and I’m from Louisville, Kentucky. Upon graduating with majors in Marketing and Fashion Merchandising from the University of Kentucky, I joined Rue Gilt Groupe as an Assistant Stylist. Here, my expertise in fashion trends, consumer behavior, and visual merchandising is put to practice in a fast-paced retail environment.

My educational background provides a foundation for understanding market dynamics, which, with hands-on experience, prepares me to make a significant impact in the fashion and marketing sectors.

In my current role as an E-commerce Stylist at Rue Gilt Group, I collaborate with creative teams to deliver high-quality digital assets, style clothing for models in fast-paced settings, and ensure seamless production processes. My internship with Arete Showroom in Milan, Italy further strengthened my marketing expertise, as I created social media content, assisted buyers, and maintained a polished showroom environment to support brand visibility.

Beyond these experiences, my role as a Retail Sales Associate at Omar + Elsie refined my customer engagement and social media skills, while ensuring luxury products were presented and sold with meticulous attention to detail. Together, these roles have honed my ability to adapt to dynamic environments, leverage fashion trends, and align creative strategies with business goals.
