I am a graduate of UCSB with a B.S. in Geology.

Provide consulting services to clients, in both private and public sectors, regarding hazardous materials including but not limited to; asbestos, lead, mold and heavy metals. Perform oversight in a project manager capacity including initiating new projects, estimating and generating proposals, and allocating appropriate staff for the project. Perform sampling of potential hazardous materials, create detailed and accurate field maps of sampling activity, digitize field maps using GIS software, and prepare deliverables for clients. Preparing deliverables for clients consists of analyzing laboratory data and sampling technician notes/observations to write technical reports containing analysis of results, explanations of methodology, recommendations for future activity, and digitized sampling maps. Correspond with clients to provide estimates of potential project costs and scope of work, and professional recommendations to maintain regulatory compliance.

Responsible for researching and coordinating adoption of new practices and software tools to streamline workflows and prepare for scalable growth. Implement project management software and provide breakdowns of cost and functionality. Utilize a background in geology to attempt to branch out into previously untapped professional fields, such as naturally occurring asbestos consulting. Update and create new GIS templates to provide a broader range of quality maps for use in deliverables for clients. Establish more consistent companywide standard operating procedures.
