Lynette Dankert

Have worked as a hairstylist for 30+ years.  Have also worked for the State of Wisconsin as a Probation Agent.  I have always had a passion for working in the Health and Beauty industry. I have recently retired from my State job.  I am anxious to get back into working in the industry that I truly love-Health and Beauty.

I have worked as a hairstylist on and off since 1992.  I have held jobs as a stylist, salon owner and also worked the front desk of salons.  I have done a variety of tasks in the Beauty industry.  Scheduling appointments, working with customers, ordering products and finances.  I have always loved the Beauty industry and making people feel and look great.

I worked as a probation officer from 1998-2024.  I managed a caseload of clients anywhere from 20-100.  I have mentored other agents to become successful in their careers. I have worked with community agencies, police departments and judges.  I have always worked in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment.  I have maintained good work ethic and great time management skills.  Managing a caseload of a variety of clients, completing court memos and a lot of documentation. 

I have a valid State of Wisconsin Cosmetology license.  I have a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and a Master's degree in Social Work. I am eligible to achieve my APSW license.
