I graduated from North Carolina State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration, and a concentration in IT. I am passionate about leveraging technology to enhance business processes and customer satisfaction. I am looking for a career in IT or a related field where I can apply my knowledge, skills, and learn from experienced professionals.

As an assistant manager at Gregory Storage, I led the total reorganization and implementation of a new database inventory tracking system that improved efficiency and accuracy. I also updated all customer files from paper to electronic, and utilized the website portal to receive transactions.

In addition, I monitored, tracked, and documented all sales and payment information for over 150 customers, and maintained the outside grounds of the self-storage company. I developed strong database management and customer support skills, as well as communication and problem-solving abilities.
