Luis Pires

As the CEO and founder of Grupo IF3, I have been leading a

successful facilities services company with more than 1,000

employees and branches in four cities, serving condominiums,

associations, and corporate clients since 2013. My mission is to

provide high-quality and customized solutions for security, access

control, reception, cleaning, maintenance, and gardening, with a

focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

In addition, I have a solid background in sales and marketing, with

proven results in generating new contracts, increasing revenues,

and improving margins, as demonstrated by my previous role as the

commercial and sales director at GRSA Compass Group and Sapore

Brasil S.A, a leading food company.
