I am a seasoned real estate professional with experience in sales, leasing, marketing, business development, and property management. I am looking for a new challenge in one of these disciplines in either the Huntsville, Alabama area (my hometown where I lived for most of my life and still have numerous amazing connections) or the Tampa Bay area where I currently reside. I am a hard worker, and am eager to get back to work after a voluntary sabbatical to attend to some family matters which have been successfully resolved. I love utilizing my creativity, logic, skills, and experience to solve difficult problems. I am a people person who knows how to diplomatically bring people to closing, and I am confident that I can sell product or service that I believe in. I would be most interested in business development opportunities that pertain to real estate or related industries.
I have won many personal and professional awards for my workplace and volunteer efforts, and I always am completely dedicated to whatever I set my mind to do.
