Services offered
I’m an education consultant and systems strategist focused on improving how services reach children and families. I work at the intersection of policy, technology, and implementation, helping states and organizations modernize child care and early learning systems through a people–process–technology lens.
My experience includes system modernization, government and vendor strategy, procurement support, and cross-sector stakeholder engagement. I’m driven by a passion for supporting educators and providers, increasing efficiency for agencies, and building practical, sustainable solutions that improve outcomes for families. And most importantly, I'm a former middle school special education teacher who hopes to bring educators' voices to the forefront of all decisions and policies.
Experience
Early childhood and education leader with 13+ years of experience driving systems modernization, government partnerships, and large-scale implementation across state and local agencies. Currently a consultant at Resultant, where I advise states and organizations on child care and early learning system transformation, including policy and operational strategy, procurement and vendor selection, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, change management, project management, and implementation planning.
Previously served as Director of Strategic Initiatives at Denver Public Schools, leading district-wide early childhood strategy and cross-sector partnerships to expand access and improve program quality. Earlier experience includes Policy Researcher at the Education Commission of the States, providing policy analysis and guidance to state leaders nationwide.
I specialize in translating policy goals into practical, scalable solutions, building strong relationships across government and community partners, and leading complex initiatives that improve outcomes for children, families, and providers.
