I’m a Senior IT Project Manager with over nine years of experience leading enterprise-scale technology initiatives, primarily in healthcare and infrastructure environments. I’ve successfully delivered high-impact programs including the UPMC Bridges Wave 1 Biomedical Device Integration go-live, where I managed cross-functional teams, vendor coordination, and cutover strategy under intense pressure—all while maintaining patient safety and operational continuity.

I’ve also led AI-driven workflow modernization efforts through the CPASE Center of Excellence, integrating digital pathology tools and Epic Beaker workflows to support diagnostic innovation. My background includes structured delivery, stakeholder engagement, and governance across clinical, technical, and academic domains.
