Experience

My positions held include Purchasing Manager, Procurement manager, Sourcing Specialist,  Team Leader New Product Development, Senior Buyer.  My experience summary,  

Developed resources like system reports to manage suppliers’ availability against customers’ requirements, supplier lead times, supplier performance, inventory management and production schedule and capacity. Created reports to forecast and plan the future demand for the company’s products. Developed and kept models to forecast short-term and long-term demand, incorporating factors such as historical sales data, market trends, seasonality, customer orders, and production plans.Evaluated and negotiated with suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed; worked out policies with suppliers, such as communication methods, process to making changes, process to submitting quality inspection reports, and process to supplying material certification reports. Worked with inventory control to decrease the number of expired materials by implementing Phase In/Phase Out setting up materials with “Effectivity dates”, product structuring, and inventory management.Set up process to reduce and / or deplete the materials before their expiration dates; collaborate with suppliers to revalidate materials before they reach their expiration date. Purchased raw materials, medical devices, and packaging.  Completed negotiations with large suppliers; two suppliers 2017 YTD total spend 9 million achieved 15% cost savings and improved the lead time from 6-8 weeks to 4-6 weeks. I am passionate about my career.

My most relevant education is Bachelors Business Administration.  I am certified supply chain professional.  My course work includes work place environment, practices, work ethics, communication and collaboration, team building, team leadership, changing work place ethnic groups and age differences.
