In my ideal career, I'd have the opportunity to learn and grow while building on my foundation of skills and experiences. I would apply my strengths of innovative thinking as well as in-depth focus in order to efficiently get work done and take on tough challenges. On a broader scale, my work would have the impact of ensuring those things that others depend on continue to thrive and succeed, and also of completing what many said, 'couldn't be done'. I find that I get along well and am highly effective working with many types of people. But I probably work most effectively with people who are respectful, comfortable with push back, and outgoing.  In my work responsibilities, I find that I become deeply engaged by making things as efficient as possible, resolving urgent challenges, and helping others become successful. I am also energized by being part of an organization that fits well with who I am. I am happiest when I am busy and have a lot of work to do. I feel at home working in high pressure and intense environments. In challenging situations, I am someone who will step up and take on greater responsibility as needed. My strengths enable me to deliver results in these situations. I look for small innovations to get the job done better and quicker. I dismiss distractions and work tirelessly toward the goal. I maintain a rational approach to addressing the various project pieces. Finally, I become motivated by knowing that my work can deliver a product that others can rely on, complete what seemed at first glance impossible, and ensure that what's right is done.

Developed resources like system reports to manage suppliers’ availability against customers’ requirements, supplier lead times, supplier performance, inventory management and production schedule and capacity. Created reports to forecast and plan the future demand for the company’s products. Developed and kept models to forecast short-term and long-term demand, incorporating factors such as historical sales data, market trends, seasonality, customer orders, and production plans.Evaluated and negotiated with suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed; worked out policies with suppliers, such as communication methods, process to making changes, process to submitting quality inspection reports, and process to supplying material certification reports. Worked with inventory control to decrease the number of expired materials by implementing Phase In/Phase Out setting up materials with “Effectivity dates”, product structuring, and inventory management.Set up process to reduce and / or deplete the materials before their expiration dates; collaborate with suppliers to revalidate materials before they reach their expiration date. Purchased raw materials, medical devices, and packaging.  Completed negotiations with large suppliers; two suppliers 2017 YTD total spend 9 million achieved 15% cost savings and improved the lead time from 6-8 weeks to 4-6 weeks. My most relevant education is Bachelors Business Administration.  I am certified supply chain professional.  My course work includes work place environment, practices, work ethics, communication and collaboration, team building, team leadership, changing work place ethnic groups and age differences.
