Logan Carroll

I am a former small business owner who recently sold their business and is looking for new challenges. I spend my free time working on my homelab, at the gym, or with my dog. Tech has always been a big hobby of mine so I am excited to be pursuing it as a career. 

I was the owner of Carroll Event Rentals for 3 years. Carroll Event Rentals LLC rented out and set up equipment required for weddings and events. These items included tents, tables, chairs, dance floors, lighting, audio, etc. My key results were successfully serving over 300 clients and  consistent five star reviews Managing the business required daily applications of leadership, customer service, logistics, and creative persistence. I served as the main point of contact for clients, responsible for responding to leads, scheduling, and ensuring customer satisfaction. I managed a trained a team of 2 full time employees and multiple temporary employees in transportation and installation of event rental equipment.

My most relevant education has been my CompTIA A+ certification. My next most relevant would be my self directed homelab education. The networking, troubleshooting, and Linux experience has solidified my studies into a hardened skill set.
