Lisa Wodehouse

For many years, I devoted myself to raising and caring for my two sons, one whom had special needs. During that time, I balanced caregiving with volunteer leadership roles in organizations such as the Down syndrome association of greater New Orleans as it's president and special olympics. As well as volunteer leadership roles at St. Louis King of France and St. Michael's special school.   After my son's passing I joined Sunrise Wholesale Nursery and Growers where I found purpose in cultivating and propagating plants and serving customers with care and consistency and built strong long term customer relationships. 

I am an experienced and compassionate professional with a diverse background in horticulture, medical assistance, office administration, and fitness instruction. With strong organizational skills, and a passion for helping others- whether through work or volunteer efforts. I am a proven leader in community service and non profit initiatives.
