With over 30 years of experience running my own production company and four years as a store manager for Claire’s Accessories, I bring a powerful blend of leadership, customer care, and communication skills to every role. As a professional singer who has toured nationally and internationally, I’ve learned how to connect with people from all walks of life and that connection is at the heart of great customer service.
I’m a people person through and through… patient, positive, and always ready to find solutions. My entrepreneurial background taught me how to stay self-motivated, organized, and adaptable, while my years in customer-facing roles strengthened my ability to handle challenges with professionalism and empathy.
