With over 30 years in this beautiful industry, I have had the privilege of experiencing it from multiple perspectives. I've been blessed to forge meaningful relationships through hands-on services and have both inspired and learned from colleagues, ranging from fresh talent to seasoned professionals, through team leadership and management roles.

My journey has included coordinating advanced education for beauty industry trade shows, sharing my expertise and techniques as an educator, and leading events and fashion shows that celebrated our craft. I also served as the Director/Mentor for the Salon and Spa Professional Association's "Students With Awesome Talent" Team and spent seven years as a Board Director for the Minnesota Salon & Spa Professional Association. In my recent role as Dean, I focused on shaping educational structures and ensuring compliance, striving to provide students with a solid foundation while fostering a dynamic and supportive learning environment.

I'm known for fostering a collaborative and upbeat work environment where innovation thrives and teams feel supported. I have a comprehensive background in beauty industry education, with advanced certifications in hairstyling, leadership, and business management. My continuous commitment to professional growth has led me to pursue numerous industry-related courses and leadership training, enhancing my ability to mentor, coach, and lead in dynamic environments. I am dedicated to staying ahead of trends to foster innovation and growth in both myself and the teams I support.
