Lisa Anderson

As the Human Resources Manager at Sdii Global, my mission transcends beyond administrative duties, embodying the heart of employee engagement and company culture. My goal is to hire individuals with goals and values that naturally align with our roles and culture. 

Over the course of my work history, I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of different positions. From Operator to Receptionist, Server to Manager, Administrative Assistant to Office Manager, and Office Manager to HR. I am experienced in many facets of business in multiple industries and have progressively grown as an employee. I worked as Human Resources for a Construction and Development company out of Chicago, Illinois where I placed numerous positions from Project Engineer to General Superintendents to Vice President of Construction to complete ground up construction and design development projects. More recently, I transitioned to Florida to a Forensics Consulting firm and work closely to hire the best Principal Engineers and Experts.
