Linnea Okutsu

I am a humble Kinesiologist that enjoys sharing my knowledge on how the body should move and feel, no matter what state the body is in.  I believe and encourage any movement is good movement.

I am a small business owner that thrives to help her community to stay healthy and independent. My services are physical training all types of populations in their home or local park.  I have over 15 years of physical training with neurological disorders and general population.  I believe movement can relieve most of the discomforts that one may feel from a sedentary life style.  I hope to inspire all of my clients to move a little more each day and learn to move appropriately to decrease injury.

I received my Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Health and Fitness Promotion at Cal State Fullerton in 2006. Shortly, after graduation I started working at Next Step Fitness a non profit where I had the opportunity to learn and work one on one with different diagnoses.  It was a wonderful experience and I met some amazing people too.
