I run the entire purchasing, logistics, and project initiation engine at TOA SE. Every job starts with me, and every cost crosses my desk. I create engineering jobs in ERP, validate customer POs, manage 1,700+ POs a year, source domestically and internationally, and coordinate all freight, customs, receiving, and vendor communication. I track shortages, expedite delays, correct receiving errors, reconcile invoices, manage purchasing credit card reporting, and close out projects with accurate billing.
I redesigned the parts crib, stabilized purchasing workflows during rapid company growth, and became the person engineering, sales, and accounting rely on for real-time operational accuracy. My role blends procurement specialist, supply chain coordinator, project administrator, and operational problem-solver — and I’m the glue holding multiple departments together.
