IT field for over 20 years.  I started as basic IT phone support for different devices in a call center.  Joined a local startup as an IT tech.  After a few years of growth, we merged with a larger MSP and I was assigned my own customers to manage until I moved to executive assistant to the VP.  

• General IT skills.
• Extensive experience organizing and cleaning data.  
• Knowledgeable in Excel with VBA.
• Exposure to using Python and SQL.
• Type clear and accurate meeting transcriptions or summaries.
• Practiced at assessing trouble tickets for priority and assigning them to the correctly skilled tech team.
• Aptitude for email and schedule management. 
• Interest in learning new skills.

I did attend high school and college, but my most useful and relevant education has been skills acquired through on-the-job training and continued practice of these different skills, to avoid atrophy.
