My name is Linda [Lin] I am an HR leader with over 20 years of professional experience with a concentration in deep human resources practices for the last 7 + years.  For the last 5 years I have been focused on building and implementing a global HR Shared Service business model for a Global E-Commerce organization.  

I excel in people management, investigations, process improvement and implementation, creating standard operating procedures, training and onboarding as well as HR principles such as leaves of absences and reasonable accommodations.

I am excited to bring both my experience and energy to my next role.

I have over 20 years of professional experience.  For the better part of the last decade I have focused specifically on human resources and HR shared services.

I was able to build and launch a global HR shared service business model for a Global E-commerce organization.  

I excel in process improvement and implementation, leaves of absences and accommodations, creating standard operating procedures, driving change management and identifying time and cost savings initiatives.

I have vast people management experience and for the last 4 years have received the highest manager NPS in the HR org for a company with over 15k employees.
