Lilyana Perez

I have been in the Beauty industry for 16 years now, Graduated from Paul Mitchell the School Orlando. I choose to go into the teaching side and administration for my love of helping people grow while paying it forward by sharing my knowledge.

I am motivated to work in an environment where my skills can be utilized to further benefit my employer and become a successful asset within the company.

I am currently working as the Director of Education while at Hyphen Beauty in the Orlando area. I have recently also gone back to teaching a few days out of the week the Cosmetology class to help out with theory lessons. I have been with this school for 4 years. 

Before Hyphen I was working as the theory specialist for Paul Mitchell the School for 4 years prior to my switch to hyphen. I was offered a better opportunity and room to grow. 

Before Working at the schools, I was working full time For Regis first as a stylist and was promoted to salon manager after a year. I frequented top retail sales and our salon and stayed very busy with appointments as well as Walkins.
