Lillian Bryant

As a criminal justice major with a strong passion for law and criminal psychology, I am excited to apply my academic interests to the legal field. Though I am beginning my sophomore year of college, my three years of customer service and administrative experience in a pharmacy have honed my organizational and communication skills. I am committed to delivering excellent client support and am enthusiastic about contributing effectively while expanding my knowledge and skills in the legal industry. My proactive attitude and eagerness to learn align well with the dynamic, client-focused environment at law firms across Central Florida.

At Olive Garden in Orlando, FL, I have been working as a To-Go Specialist since August 2021, where I handle guest interactions, ensure accurate and timely To-Go orders, and analyze restaurant score data to enhance performance. I also manage and deliver large catering orders, including organizing hospice catering for local businesses and government offices, and train front-of-house team members to improve guest satisfaction.

Previously, at Signature Pharmacy in Winter Park, FL, I worked as a Customer Service Representative from October 2020 to January 2022. In this role, I ensured the accuracy of pharmaceutical orders for AmerisourceBergen, acted as a liaison between assisted living facilities and pharmacists, handled phone inquiries about delivery scheduling and pharmacy issues, and organized daily medicine deliveries to assisted living facilities and residential homes.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice at Valencia College in Orlando, FL, where I maintain a 4.0 GPA. I graduated high school with a GPA of 3.8/4.3 and achieved a level 5 on the AP Psychology exam as a sophomore. I plan to transfer to UCF with an Associate's degree in the Fall of 2025.
