With an Associate of Applied Science in Human Resources and active studies toward my Property Management and Real Estate Associate degrees, I bring a well-rounded skill set that combines people-centered leadership with operational knowledge.

My career began in youth and community work, where I developed a passion for supporting others and creating positive environments. Over time, I transitioned into corporate and commercial property roles, building experience in tenant relations, lease coordination, contract administration, and team collaboration. I currently serve as an Assistant Property Manager, where I help oversee daily operations, facilitate move-ins and move-outs, maintain vendor relationships, and support financial and administrative processes.

Whether working with tenants, managing contracts, or contributing to team meetings, I bring a proactive, reliable, and service-focused approach. I’m passionate about creating welcoming and well-managed spaces while continuing to grow both personally and professionally.

I have over 9 years of diverse professional experience spanning human resources, youth development, and property management. I’ve supported tenants and teams in various roles—from concierge and tenant coordinator to Assistant Property Manager—developing strong skills in operations, customer service, and team collaboration. My background also includes hands-on HR functions like recruitment, training, and employee relations, giving me a well-rounded foundation to support both people and property with professionalism and care.

I hold an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Human Resources and am currently pursuing a Property Management Technical Diploma (expected May 2025) and a Real Estate Associate Degree (expected December 2025) from Waukesha County Technical College. My education includes specialized certifications in Compensation & Benefits and Leadership, providing a strong foundation in both employee management and property operations.
