Experience

My background is in project management, so I have extensive experience in dealing with customers. However, I have made a move to start working from home and have found the remote call center experience very rewarding. I have about a year of experience in this field but am very much excited to continue in this path of providing excellent customer service because clients just want to be heard and helped with their issues. I am proficient in English and Spanish so believe I would be a great addition to any company who is looking for superior excellent customer service and to make a difference in the best way to help their customers.
