I fix things. My superpower is gathering the right information to solve problems with quick determination. With over 20 years of consultative sales experience and the past 14 years of executive management work, I have founded and dedicated my time and energy to our college planning organization, CAPofPA-College Aid, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that prioritizes each student’s education at the academic, financial, and career levels while matching them to the appropriate colleges that fulfill their academic, social, and financial needs. Operationally, I move businesses and organizations forward. In breaking down the complex into understandable and ‘doable’ pieces, I organize needed communications, analytics, points of action, and creativity that allow true growth potential to be realized.

With 20 years of consultative management and 14 years of executive management, these experiences have given me the opportunity to learn by doing. The prospect of multitasking and working independently to fulfill a project is innate in my work style. I have years of problem-solving in the financial industry, which has provided me with the acumen to lean on to learn processes quickly and accurately. The attention to detail needed in my prior roles is paramount to industry. My passion for educating and professionally developing both staff and students is interwoven throughout my resume of experiences.
