• Act as gatekeeper for executive communications (email, calls, meetings)

• Track action items and ensure executive commitments are met
• Draft and edit correspondence on behalf of leadership
• Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting
• Liaise between executives and internal teams or external partners
• Support strategic projects with research, data gathering, and coordination
• Maintain filing systems, records, and document version control
• Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts related to executive needs
• Assist with board meetings and executive presentations
• Enforce deadlines and keep leadership aligned with priorities
• Partner with leadership to define hiring needs and role requirements
• Write and post job descriptions across multiple platforms
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams
• Assess candidate qualifications, culture fit, and potential red flags
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Manage offer letters, compensation discussions, and negotiations
• Coordinate background checks, references, and compliance steps
• Support onboarding and handoff to HR or management
• Track recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline health, conversion rates)
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Ensure fair, compliant, and bias-aware hiring practices
• Represent the company brand and leadership to candidates
