That mix has shaped me into someone who learns systems quickly, sees how the pieces fit together, and looks for practical ways to make work flow more smoothly.

In my recent production planning role, I managed daily, weekly, and monthly schedules, balanced capacity and materials, and partnered closely with engineering, quality, maintenance, and purchasing to keep operations running reliably.
