Lawrence Otoole
Manufacturing / Mechanical
About Lawrence Otoole:
I’m someone who brings a blend of manufacturing experience, operational discipline, and people‑centered leadership. I’ve worked in environments ranging from clean‑room semiconductor production to high‑volume molding operations, and I’ve also spent more than a decade leading teams and improving processes in the financial and healthcare sectors. That mix has shaped me into someone who learns systems quickly, sees how the pieces fit together, and looks for practical ways to make work flow more smoothly.
In my recent production planning role, I managed daily, weekly, and monthly schedules, balanced capacity and materials, and partnered closely with engineering, quality, maintenance, and purchasing to keep operations running reliably. Earlier in my career at IBM UK and National Semiconductor, I developed a strong foundation in quality control, precision, and adherence to standards—skills that still influence how I approach problems today.
Across every role, I’ve built a reputation for being calm under pressure, supportive of my team, and committed to continuous improvement. I enjoy coaching others, strengthening communication, and creating structure that helps people do their best work. Whether I’m analyzing data, resolving constraints, or helping a team member grow, I take pride in contributing to a positive, accountable, and high‑performing environment.
Most of all, I care about doing work that matters and supporting the people around me. I show up consistently, I take ownership, and I’m always looking for ways to make processes, teams, and outcomes better than they were the day before.
