I am Lavel Claytor, a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and Microsoft Office Specialist Master with over 25 years of hands-on teaching experience and 20,000+ hours of online instruction. I specialize in helping individuals, businesses, and nonprofit organizations master Microsoft Office tools to improve productivity, accuracy, and confidence in the workplace.

Throughout my career, I’ve developed and delivered interactive training programs covering Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access — from beginner to advanced levels.
