• Successfully manages a team of 14 instructional employees and other support staff members, while providing ongoing mentoring and feedback through observations, formal and informal evaluations, data aggregation, and effective collaborations
• Headed and formalized the strategic learning for the entire organization’s new hire and teacher induction program while streamlining the distribution of learning materials for the new employees and mentor teachers, reaching approximately 5-7 new hires per year

• Plans and executes two off-site learning opportunities a month for approximately 100 students, within an allocated $9,000 budget per school year
