I’ve spent most of my career helping people feel comfortable, understood, and supported — partly because it’s my job, and partly because I seem to have been born with better‑than‑average listening skills. I’ve worked with B2B clients through onboarding, day‑to‑day problem‑solving, and long‑term support, and I’ve learned that clear communication and a calm presence go a long way. I’m quick to adapt, steady under pressure, and genuinely enjoy making complicated things feel a little less overwhelming. At the end of the day, my goal is simple: make it easy for people to work with me and walk away feeling taken care of.

I completed my bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and Media in August 2024 after going back to school for something that felt both creatively fulfilling and deeply people‑focused. The program strengthened my visual communication skills and gave me hands‑on experience with user experience and user interface design — work that blends clarity, empathy, and problem‑solving in a way that fits me naturally. I chose this path because I wanted something captivating that also opened doors to remote, flexible opportunities, and finishing the degree gave me exactly that. It helped me understand not just how things look, but how people feel when they interact with them, which shapes how I approach my work today.
