As an experienced financial leader with a passion for operational efficiency and team leadership, I am confident that I possess the necessary skills to excel in any position. My extensive experience in financial management and strategic planning has equipped me with the skills to effectively drive organizational success. I have implemented innovative process improvements and successfully managed financial operations to support the company's growth and long-term objectives. 

Additionally, as Assistant Director of Transportation, I oversaw all aspects of transportation operations, including routing, dispatch, and training, while fostering positive relationships with stakeholders to enhance community engagement and support.

Furthermore, my experience as a Dispatcher has honed my skills in communication and emergency response, while my role as a Multi-Unit Office Manager has allowed me to excel in team leadership and operational efficiency. I am confident that these experiences have prepared me to effectively manage transportation operations.

I have been in leadership for a total of 22 years. 

I am currently working on my Bachelors of Science at Capella University with an expected graduation date December 2025.
